The Problem

Your program's S&C wasn't
built for what you need

Most school and travel programs run one generic strength plan for every athlete on the roster. Pitchers need velocity-specific work. Hitters need power that shows up as exit velocity. Position players need real, coached speed development. If your training doesn't separate those, development gets left on the table — one off-season at a time.

Pitchers

Velocity

+3 to +8 mph pro/college · up to +10 mph HS→college

Fastball velocity built alongside pitch shape and arm durability — not just raw effort.

Exit Velocity

Power gains verified against real MLB data

Strength that translates to bat speed and barrel quality, not just numbers on a weight rack.

Position Players

Speed

–0.3 to –0.4s on the 30 · –0.4 to –0.7s on the 60

Dedicated sprint mechanics and speed development — the skill most programs treat as an afterthought.

MLB All-Star

Started training at age 12. First-round pick out of high school — turned down a Vanderbilt commitment for the Reds' first-round offer. Led Florida in home runs and batting average through much of his HS career.

2026 Rookie Season: First All-Star selection · most home runs by a rookie before the All-Star break in franchise history · led the team in nearly every offensive stat as a rookie.

Before You Ask

Common questions

The program is built on a Master's in Kinesiology and 25 years of experience — durability is coached alongside output, not sacrificed for it. Every pro pitcher's velocity gain in this program came without a corresponding injury.

A hitting or pitching coach works on mechanics and skill. This program works on the physical development underneath it — strength, power, and speed. Most athletes need both, and most programs only give you one.

The Remote Only tier exists specifically for this — a fully customized plan with no facility access required.

The Hybrid Monthly tier gives you the same customized plan and facility access for $900/month, with no long-term contract required.
